This Refund and Return Policy ("Policy") governs all orders placed via the Smartflow mobile application ("App") developed and maintained by M/S CAREBRO INNOVATORS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
All payments made through the Smartflow App are final and non-refundable. The Company does not provide any refunds for payments made via the App or through any other platform under any circumstances.
By placing an order and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
Products sold and shipped through the Smartflow App are not eligible for return. Once an order has been confirmed, packed, and shipped, it is considered final.
Please note the following:
While we do not accept returns, if you receive a product that is visibly damaged during shipping or is defective, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. You may report the issue via email with photographic evidence.
Our team will review such cases at our discretion and may offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a credit note. Refunds will not be issued under any condition.
