This Shipping Policy ("Policy") outlines the shipping and delivery terms for orders placed through the Smartflow mobile application ("App") developed by M/S CAREBRO INNOVATORS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Shipping Timeline

All confirmed orders placed through the Smartflow App are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (1 business day), excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once an order is packed and ready, it is queued for delivery using our internal logistics system to ensure prompt and reliable service.

2. Delivery Method

We use our own commercial delivery vehicles to handle all shipments. This allows us to maintain control over the delivery process and ensure that goods reach the distributor in excellent condition.

3. Delivery Coverage

Currently, our delivery services are available to distributors located within our service regions. If your area is not yet covered, a member of our team will contact you for alternate arrangements.

4. Shipping Charges

We do not levy any additional shipping charges for deliveries made through our vehicles. The price shown during order placement is final.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Distributors are required to acknowledge delivery either digitally through the App or via physical delivery slips. Please inspect the goods upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
